Who you are buying from

Pachamama Aromas, a handmade candle, concrete and soap studio run by Flor Huerta in Aurora, Colorado.

Made to order

Almost everything here is poured or cut after you order it. The lead time shown on each piece is honest, and we will tell you if something is going to run longer.

Because each piece is made by hand, colour, finish and the placement of dried botanicals vary. That is the point of it, not a defect.

Paying

Card payments run through Square. You pay on Square's page and your order moves forward as soon as Square confirms it.

Zelle is offered because it costs neither of us a fee. Zelle moves money instantly and cannot be reversed, so check the number on your order page before you send, and only send to the details shown there. Your order is not started until the payment arrives.

Prices are in US dollars.

Getting it to you

Shipping is a flat rate by weight, shown at checkout. Pickup in Aurora is free, and local delivery is available in the Denver metro.

Parcels go by USPS. Once it is with them, the delivery time is theirs, not ours.

If something arrives broken

Ceramic, glass and concrete break. If yours arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, your choice.

If we sent the wrong thing, the same applies and the return postage is on us.

Changing your mind

Ready-made pieces can be returned unused within 14 days of delivery for a refund, less the original shipping. Write first so we know it is coming.

Made-to-order and custom pieces cannot be returned once they are poured, because they were made for you. If something is wrong with one, tell us and we will make it right.

Burning candles safely

Every candle carries a fire-safety warning and care instructions, on its page and in the box. Please follow them. We are not responsible for damage caused by a candle burned against those instructions.

About the soap

These are soaps, sold as soaps. They are for washing. They are not medicine and are not sold as a treatment for any skin condition.

The full ingredients are listed on every bar's page. If you have an allergy, read them first, and stop using a bar if your skin reacts.

Where this applies

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Colorado.
